Patrick Lencioni
CO-FOUNDER THE TABLE GROUP
Patrick is one of the founders of The Table Group and the pioneer of the organizational health movement. He is the author of 11 books, which have sold over 6 million copies and been translated into more than 30 languages. He is best known for his New York Times best-seller The Five Dysfunctions of Team and has worked in partnership with Wiley Workplace Learning Solutions in the creation of The Five Behaviors®. As president of the Table Group, Pat spends his time speaking and writing about leadership, teamwork, and organizational health as well as consulting with executives and their teams. Prior to founding the firm in 1997, Pat worked at Bain & Company, Oracle Corporation, and Sybase. Pat lives in the Bay Area with his wife and four boys.

Mark Scullard
SR. DIRECTOR, PRODCUT INNOVATION
Mark Scullard is the Senior Director of Product Innovation at Wiley. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Counseling Psychology and has written extensively on topics such as leadership, personality, and interpersonal relationships. Over the last 17 years, he has worked with Wiley to develop learning experiences that bolster organizational health, team cohesion, and employ satisfaction with a particular focus on The Five Behaviors model.

Cherryl D'Souza
VP, BRAND MANAGEMENT
Cherryl has a consistent record of success in spearheading digital marketing initiatives, including building digital media businesses, influencer networks, and the building of a global content studio. A native of India, Cherryl came to the United States to further her education and launched her career at General Mills. During her 15 years there, she led business management and product development for brands like Pillsbury, Fruit by the Foot, and Box Tops for Education.
