Sports can be the ultimate in team activities. They offer opportunities for bonding, problem solving as a group, utilizing the individual talents of team members, as well as being a huge amount of fun! We’ve worked to create a football fantasy experience that is unique to the team building needs of companies in Denver Metro.
Your adventure will unfold at the world-renowned Empower Field at Mile High. The field is perfectly situated near downtown Denver and is truly a magical place to play host to your company’s team building experience. The fantasy scenario surrounds our new Summer Football League (SFL), which takes full advantage of the field in the off season. Congratulations; your group has made it to the Pros! Your group will play the role of teams vying for a coveted slot at Empower Field. They’ll participate in a variety of challenges, each carefully designed to make your team think and interact with one another in entirely unique and fun ways.
Golf has long represented an opportunity for business people to make valuable connections, build relationships with other leaders in the field, and share ideas while taking in the fresh air and ruining a perfectly good walk. However, we figured that team building events in Denver could switch up this tradition in a way that amps up the fun factor while encouraging groups to lean into their problem solving, technical, and creative skills.
Our Par for the Course events are ideal for larger groups, which will be divided into 9 or 18 teams. Each team will then be provided with all the necessary equipment to design and construct their own fun and challenging putt-putt golf hole. This is also an opportunity to see first hand how each set of personalities approaches the artistic and engineering aspects of their hole; will they lean into crazy fun, or are they attempting to make the most difficult obstacles they can imagine?
We bring all the supplies for the holes to the venue. However, in order to create a truly fun and authentic experience, we also provide a general store, staff facilitators, and an entertaining ‘Golf Pro’ emcee.
While many of our team building experiences utilize trivia and games in some capacity, we’ve set out a selection that represents just some of the engaging and valuable activities that we’ve spent years developing. Join in the fun, and empower your team to unlock their potential.
