Sink or Swim!
The group will be divided into teams. The teams are then given a toolbox filled with tools.
The teams will be required to complete various tasks to earn their pieces and parts. Each team will be given special “challenge packets”. The packets will contain fun and crazy tasks that include word puzzles, team cheers, trivia, etc. (the challenges can be custom designed to include aspects of company history, or specific information).
When the teams complete their challenges, they will be given parts to assemble their boats and design. Once the boats are created, teams will then time race and be judged on design as well as other elements from competing teams.
Our onsite staff will facilitate the challenges and help hand out packets and help teams assemble their boat designs as needed. We also include an energetic Emcee with DJ and music.
