Escape The Boardroom

Flee boredom with puzzling races delivered and captured via mobile phone. Using a smartphone and items found in a mystery box, teams will try to make their way through a maze of sequential challenges before the clock runs out. Challenges will require brain power, teamwork, creativity. Teams can use hints to help navigate through the game but must be careful not to waste too many points, as scoring points will give them the best chance at winning. When teams submit photo and video challenges, they will be sent directly to our spy judges at HQ who will review and score them based on accuracy and creativity, making quality of utmost importance. Teams will work together through 5 different paths of challenges ranging from puzzles, trivia, team video challenges, QR codes and photos. You can select a game that comes with ‘mystery boxes’ or a game that is run completely off of our App. Based on your location, theme and budget we’ll provide you with a variety of optional customizations and services. Looking for something to do at your next meeting, conference, or sales trip? This is it.

Visions and Values Sculpture

This is a collaborative activity where the artistic and creative abilities of your group will be encouraged to flourish!

Who Kidnapped the Boss

A customizable team building game that can be played anywhere with your remote (or in person) teams. Teams will work through a series of riddles, puzzles and photo/video challenges to unlock suspect statements. With that info in hand they must determine who kidnapped the boss. Teams can use hints – but beware, hints cost points. Can you solve the mystery in time and earn more points than the other teams? This is normally customized, so YOUR Boss has been kidnapped and your own team are the suspects (fully branded with fun Kidnapped posters and promo videos).

Into the Hive

The image and structure of the beehive often represents the ideal for a team that works together for the greater good of the whole. Each member of the group asserts their individual skills in conjunction with their colleagues, creating a community that not only functions but thrives. Beehives represent not only the pinnacle of team building, but how valuable the work of the colony can be to the ecosystem of the world around them. In developing a unique charitable Colorado team building experience, we’ve dug deep into the principles of the hive, and produced activities that will help your group gain a deeper understanding of the community they’re a part of.

Teams will learn all about organization, membership, division of work, supporting the team, and communication through the Beehive model. While they compete in challenges that will help improve those skills they will be gathering supplies to build their own bee farm. The best thing about this program is the warm feeling of philanthropy that comes with donating beehives to rural and impoverished areas locally or worldwide. When beehives are donated, they create a sustainable family income for their new owner. A diverse range of workers can produce and sell many products with the wax and honey from their hives, such as beeswax candles, honey-flavored baked goods, healing salves, bee pollen, hand and facial creams and more!

Toy Workshops

In a society filled with disposable products, we’ve come to view toys as just trinkets that can be played with then discarded. But they can be so much more. They can encourage creative thought in children, and provide them with learning opportunities. Their construction, too, is a blend of problem solving skills and the imagination. This is why we’ve created a team building activity in Colorado that both gives to children in need, and builds on your employees’ varied skill sets.

Your group will create cohesion and learn valuable communication skills while making charitable contributions to local children’s charities. The teams must solve challenges and puzzles successfully as a team to earn the supplies they need to create engaging toys that will be donated. We bring all the tools, parts, and accessories to make each toy unique, and allow the group to use their creativity in its production.

This activity can be arranged in a way that takes into account your company’s individual budgetary requirements, with materials adjusted accordingly.

Stuff-a-Plush

When we think of Denver Metro team building activities, or even our company’s charitable contributions, the idea of creating stuffed toys is not always the immediate angle we jump to. However, these cute animals are often a key part of our shared culture, and represent to many of us a source of comfort during difficult times, and an object of joy in our childhoods. Each of your team members will likely have their own stuffed toy memories they can bond over, and we’ve crafted an experience that will see them working together to help offer children in need the chance to build their own memories of comfort and fun.

Your group will create cohesion and learn some vital communication skills while making charitable contributions to local children’s charities. The teams must solve challenges and puzzles successfully, using each team member’s talents and knowledge, in order to earn the supplies they need to create the toys to be donated. They’ll then use Connections Team Building & Training’s special mobile stuffed animal factory to make a collection of new companions for children, including options for plush skins, clothing & accessories.

We understand that budgets can vary, so we’ve also arranged these challenges in a way that can be tailored to your group’s needs, while still being able to affect children’s lives in this valuable, heartfelt way.
